About approval of Rules of turnover of civil pyrotechnic products in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic

2) the implementation of actions, following from this resolution, is performed within the number of staff and the provided means of the involved state bodies for the corresponding year;

3) exceeding of the established levels of sound pressure and noise is not allowed on weekdays from 22:00 to 07:00 o'clock, in days off and holidays - from 22:00 to 09:00 o'clock.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules of turnover of civil pyrotechnic products in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 24, 2007 No. 368.

4. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
