About modification of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 22, 2020 No. 178
For the purpose of regulation of activities of National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to article 71 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic I decide:
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 22, 2020 No. 178 the following change:
in Regulations on the National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-named Decree:
- state Item 17 in the following edition:
"17. The chairman Natsstatkoma has two deputies, including one first. Vice-chairmen Natsstatkoma are appointed the President of the Kyrgyz Republic on representation of the chairman Natsstatkoma.
For the period of absence of the chairman Natsstatkom of its obligation the first deputy chairman Natsstatkom performs.".
2. This Decree becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
