About indexation since October 1, 2026 of the pensions granted according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance"
For the purpose of ensuring further support of living standards of pensioners, according to item 4 of article 7 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance", Articles 19, of 44, of 66, I decide 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. Approve since October 1, 2026 coefficient of indexation of the sizes of insurance parts of pensions in the amount of 1,2, but no more than 10000 (ten thousand) som.
2. Determine that pensions which size was brought since October 1, 2024 to the size of subsistence minimum of the pensioner in the amount of 6900 (six thousand nine hundred) som taking into account allowances and since October 1, 2025 - to 7100 (seven thousand hundred) som taking into account allowances since October 1, 2026 are led up to 6900 (six thousand nine hundred) som and 7100 (seven thousand hundred) som respectively without allowances due to finishing basic part of the pensions, except as specified, provided by the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance".
3. Determine that the general size of the pensions granted according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance" after October 1, 2026 cannot be less than 8800 (eight thousand eight hundred) som without allowances due to finishing basic part of pension, except as specified, provided by this Law.
