About approval of criteria of monitoring and assessment of biological risks and the list of the organizations authorized on evaluating biological risks
For the purpose of realization of part 3 of article 7 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About biological safety in the Kyrgyz Republic", ensuring carrying out monitoring and assessment of biological risks, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
1) criteria of monitoring and assessment of biological risks according to appendix 1;
2) the List of the organizations authorized on evaluating biological risks according to appendix 2.
2. Determine that the realization of this resolution is enabled within the approved number of staff of the relevant ministries and departments at the expense of the means provided in the republican budget on corresponding and the next years.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
