1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 2, 2016 No. 760 "About approval of Rules of issue of permissions to numerous crossing of Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Kazakhstan and foreign vessels and the Kazakhstan aircrafts involved in transactions on subsurface use and ensuring transactions on subsurface use" the following changes:
in Rules of issue of permissions to numerous crossing of Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Kazakhstan and foreign vessels and the Kazakhstan aircrafts involved in transactions on subsurface use and ensuring the transactions on subsurface use approved by the specified resolution:
in item 4:
3) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"3) the copy of the certificate on the right of navigation of the vessel under National Flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan or the permission to operate of the vessel floating under the flag of foreign state in the Kazakhstan sector of the Caspian Sea;";
to subitems 5) and 6) changes are made to the text in Kazakh, the text in Russian does not change;
state Item 6 in the following edition:
"6. In case of need replacements of crew members of the Kazakhstan or foreign vessel the applicant submits the written application about replacement of crew members in territorial subdivision of the Border service with indication of the replacement reasons in form according to appendix 3 to these rules.
The following documents are enclosed to the specified application:
1) copy of the identity document of the new crew member;
2) the copy of the work permit for the foreign citizen and (or) the stateless person, the copy of the employment contract for citizens of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union;
