About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Bring in Item 14 of the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

1) in paragraph one of subitem 63 of the word of "mail service", "mailings" to replace respectively with words "mail service, express carriers and others", "post and express departures";

Item to add 2) with the new subitem of the following content:

"64) calculations of operators of mail service, express carriers and other international transport carriers on customs payment, taxes, charges and other obligatory payments (including logistic, administrative charges and charges for customs clearance) which final receivers are customs, tax authorities or other state bodies (organizations) of member states of the European Union which are connected with import to the territory of such states of goods in international post and express departures from Ukraine or from other countries which fee for sending arrives into the accounts opened in banks of Ukraine if such calculations are perfromed in the way:
