I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Deputy prime minister - the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 4, 2025 No. 75 "About approval of Rules of transfer of the state-owned property assigned to the state legal entities from one type of state-owned property in another" the following change:
Rules of transfer of the state-owned property assigned to the state legal entities from one type of state-owned property in another to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this Order.
2. To provide to department of policy of management of the state assets of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation within five working days from the date of signing of this order its direction for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after day of its first official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective since July 12, 2026 and is subject to official publication.
