About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus concerning civil legal relationship
1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix 1).
2. Recognize invalid presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix 2).
3. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree.
4. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item 2 of appendix 1 – in month after official publication of this Decree;
Items 6, 11–15 and 21 appendices 1 – in three months after official publication of this Decree;
Items 11-14, 17-19 of appendix 2 – since March 21, 2027;
other provisions of this Decree – after its official publication.
