According to Item 3 of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About National welfare fund" I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) Rules of placement of the reporting necessary for state bodies, on Internet resource of National welfare fund according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the list and frequency of placement of the reporting necessary for state bodies, on Internet resource of National welfare fund according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) forms of the reporting necessary for state bodies placed on Internet resource of National welfare fund according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. To provide to department of policy of management of the state assets of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation within five working days from the date of signing of this order its direction for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its first official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days and is subject to official publication.

Appendix 1

Rules of placement of the reporting necessary for state bodies, on Internet resource of National welfare fund

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of placement of the reporting necessary for state bodies, on Internet resource of National welfare fund (further – Rules) are developed according to Item 3 of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About National welfare fund" and determine procedure for placement by National welfare fund (further – Fund) and the organizations entering into group of Fund (further – the organizations), the reporting necessary for state bodies, on Internet resource of Fund.

2. The reporting - set of data on the results and operating conditions of Fund and/or organization for certain period of time constituted based on the current information on activities of subject of the reporting for which provision to Fund and/or the organization collection, processing and/or systematization of the available information, its updating and implementation of other similar actions are required.

Other concepts and determinations are used in Rules according to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. The reporting provided by these rules is provided by means of placement of the relevant information according to the list, forms and frequency, approved by this order, on Internet resource of Fund and provision of access to state bodies.

The reporting which is not provided by the list approved by this order on requests of state bodies Fund and the organizations is not provided.

The fund and (or) the organizations, in the cases which are directly provided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan provide information according to the procedure, provided by the specified regulatory legal acts.

Information is also provided in pursuance of orders of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to state bodies provided that the Fund and (or) the organizations are contractors or collaborators according to these orders, and also in pursuance of the corresponding Items assigned to Fund and (or) the organizations by orders of Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan or on its requests.

This information is provided without placement on Internet resource of Fund.

In case of transfer of blocks of shares (shares) of the organizations in trust management to state bodies, the reporting concerning activities of such organizations is submitted to them Fund and the organizations in accordance with the terms of the trust management agreement.

4. The fund provides provision of the reliable and timely information necessary for state bodies, on Internet resource of Fund according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Chapter 2. Procedure for placement of the reporting on Internet resource of National welfare fund

5. The reporting placed on Internet resource of Fund according to these rules includes the electronic digital resources containing information on activities of Fund and (or) the organizations necessary for state bodies, according to the list, forms and frequency, approved by this order.

6. The digital resources placed on Internet resource of Fund according to these rules are information of limited access and belong to the category of confidential digital resources.

7. The fund accepts the legal, organizational and technical (program and technical) measures of protection of the digital resources of limited access placed on Internet resource of Fund provided by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About informatization".

8. On Internet resource of Fund placement of the digital resources carried to the state secrets according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan is not allowed.

9. The reporting is placed on Internet resource of Fund in the Kazakh and Russian languages and contains:

1) the reliable information corresponding to real situation of the subject of the reporting in the respective area of the reporting;

2) up-to-date information.

Relevance of the provided information is provided with placement (updating) of the reporting on Internet resource of Fund according to the frequency approved by this order.

10. The Internet resource of Fund contains data on date and time of placement (updating) of the reporting. At the same time, on Internet resource of Fund the reporting placed earlier remains (before updating).

Contemporary records of the reporting are not subject to removal from Internet resource of Fund (except for the made technical mistakes) within 5 (five) years.

11. The reporting is placed on Internet resource of Fund in the Excel format and other public formats.

Information occupying amount more than twenty five pages can be placed on Internet resource of Fund in the archived type with use of the ZIP format and others.
