About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About especially protected natural territories"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About especially protected natural territories" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2011, No. 5, the Art. 377) the following changes:
1) in Article 2:
a) the thirty first to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"geological object - separate natural landscape, exposure of rocks, cave, the location of fossil flora and fauna or other education which is of the special scientific, educational and esthetic value as part of geological heritage;";
b) in the paragraph the thirty second the words "geological parks (geoparks)" shall be replaced with words "geological objects of geoparks";
The paragraph the thirteenth parts 3 of Article 5 to declare 2) invalid;
3) regarding 1 Article 6 of the word "geological parks (geoparks)" shall be replaced with words "geological objects of geoparks";
4) Articles 23-2 and 23-3 to recognize invalid.
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in six-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
