according to the procedure of selection of participants of the state housing programme of the Kyrgyz Republic "The myungin уйум", approved by the above-named Decree:
- the fourth the subitem 9 of item 4 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-military personnel and law enforcement officers during service are granted the participation right in the Program irrespective of the place of service in case of respect for all established criteria of participation and procedure for filing of application on participation in the Program.".
2. This Decree becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
