According to part one and Item "About banks and banking activity" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides 2 parts two of article 7-1 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve the list of transactions with property (assets) of national banks, banks with the state share in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares belong to the state to which requirements for sale, transfer to employment (lease) by holding electronic auctions in electronic trading system which is applied do not extend.

2. Bring in the Procedure for alienation and transfer to lease (employment) of property of economic societies in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state or other legal entity the single participant (founder) of which is the state, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of September 22, 2023 No. 1032 "Some questions of alienation and transfer to lease (employment) of property of economic societies in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state or other legal entity, the single participant (founder) of which is the state" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 95, Art. 5638; 2025, No. 78, the Art. 5370), changes which are applied.
