Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 13, 2022 No. 303 "About the termination of measures of the state supervision (control) in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1355, No. 99, Art. 6190; 2025, No. 8, Art. 649, No. 92, Art. 6490; 2026, No. 16, the Art. 1131) changes which are applied.

1. State Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Stop for martial law imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", implementation of planned and unplanned actions of the state supervision (control) of legal entities, physical persons - entrepreneurs and physical persons, except unplanned actions of the state supervision (control) of legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and physical persons:
a) by a court decision;
b) according to the statement of legal entities, physical persons - entrepreneurs and physical persons, given to relevant organ of the state supervision (control), about implementation of action of the state supervision (control) of legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and physical persons at will (in particular for check of accomplishment by legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and physical persons of instructions, orders or other administrative documents on elimination of violations of the requirements of the legislation issued by results of implementation of the previous actions by state supervision body (control);
