Some questions of implementation of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning law enforcement and transparency in activities of local government bodies"
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
3. To the ministries, other central executive bodies in a month from the date of publication of this resolution to bring own acts into accord with:
with the subitem 1, paragraphs the second, third and fifth the subitem 3 Items of 2 changes approved by this resolution and to provide entry into force of the relevant acts along with enforcement of the Law of Ukraine of November 5, 2025 to No. 4677-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning law enforcement and transparency in activities of local government bodies";
the subitem 2, the paragraph the fourth subitem 3 and the subitem 4 Items of 2 changes approved by this resolution.
4. To chairmen regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city, district, district in Kiev and Sevastopol of public administrations (to chiefs regional, Kiev city, district military authorities - in case of their education) in a month from the date of publication of this resolution:
