About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About official statistics"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About official statistics" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2019, Art. No. 7-8, 470) the following changes:

Article 3 to add 1) with Item 7 of the following content:

"7) private suppliers of data.";

Article 4 to add 2) with Item 7-1 of the following content:

"7-1) private suppliers of data - the legal entities irrespective of patterns of ownership who are not entering into structures of state bodies and local government bodies and having arrays of digital data which can be used for the purpose of official statistics;";

Article 5 to add 3) with Item 8 of the following content:

"8) the efficiency of process of data collection and minimization of load of respondents providing priority use of the existing administrative data and exception of duplication of collection of identical information by state bodies.";

Chapter 4 to state 4) in the following edition:

"Chapter 4. Coordination of national statistical system

and planning of official statistics

Article 12. Coordination of national statistical system

1. Producers of official statistics shall use the uniform, approved at the international level concepts, determinations, qualifiers and methods.

2. The National Statistical Committee performs coordination of practice of their application within national statistical system, provides interaction of producers of official statistics and suppliers of data, and also exercises control of observance of quality requirements, coordinations and comparabilities of official statistics.

Article 13. Planning of official statistics

1. Planning of official statistics is performed on the basis of the following documents:

1) Medium-term development program of official statistics;

2) Plan of statistical works;

3) Graphics of statistical works of National Statistical Committee.
