a) add part 2 with Items 18 and 19 of the following content:
"18) data on reference of insured person to persons participating in special military operation and members of their families, parts 9 of article 49 of this Federal Law received according to the subitem "an" of Item 3;
19) the data on recognition of insured person by the disabled person with indication of the group of disability appropriated by results of medico-social examination received according to the subitem "b" of Item 3 of part 9 of article 49 of this Federal Law.";
b) add part 3 with offers of the following content: "Access to the data specified in Item 18 of part 2 of this Article is provided only to authorized persons of Federal fund for the purpose of accounting in the state information system of compulsory medical insurance of data on the provided medical care. Access to these data to employees of territorial funds, medical organizations, medical insurance companies and other persons is not provided.";
