To add 1) with Article 16.2 of the following content:
"Article 16.2. Accounting of grain and (or) products of conversion of grain is performed by producers according to the procedure, determined by the federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of development of grain complex of the Russian Federation.";
2) in Article 17.1:
a) the fifth to state part in the following edition:
"Producers are registered in the Federal state information system of traceability of grain and products of conversion of grain without collection of payment according to part two of this Article, and also represent the authentic and complete data and information provided by part three of this Article to the Federal state information system of traceability of grain and products of conversion of grain.";
b) the tenth to add part with the new first offer of the following content: "Producers have the right to send inquiry for submission of information from the Federal state information system of traceability of grain and products of conversion of grain according to this Article.";
