b) to declare the paragraph of the sixth invalid;
2) in paragraph one of Item 6 of Article 18 of the word "Russian Public Records Office of Film Documentary Photographs, Russian Public Records Office of Phonodocuments" shall be replaced with words "The Russian Public Records Office of film photophonodocuments";

4) in Item 5 of Article 22:
