Article 8 to state 1) in the following edition:
"Article 8. State registration of pesticide or agrochemical
State registration of pesticide or agrochemical is carried out by the federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of safe handling of pesticides and agrochemicals by means of introduction of data on pesticide or about agrochemical to the Register of pesticides and agrochemicals.
State registration of pesticide or agrochemical is performed based on the carried-out expertize of results of registration testing of pesticide or agrochemical.
Effective period of record of data on pesticide or about agrochemical in the Register of pesticides and agrochemicals constitutes ten years if other is not established by this Article.
Effective period of state registration of pesticide or agrochemical constitutes three years if the conclusion of sanitary and epidemiologic examination of pesticide or agrochemical or in the conclusion of the state environmental assessment of the draft of technical documentation on pesticide or agrochemical contains recommendations to state registration for a period of three years, and also recommendations of carrying out additional researches on assessment of danger of negative impact of pesticides and agrochemicals on human health and the environment.
Effective period of state registration of mineral fertilizer is not limited.
