Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding the 2nd Article 1 of the word of "the territories of rural settlements and the corresponding mezhselenny territories" "the rural territories, including activities for rendering services in the field of rural tourism";
Article 4.1 to add 2) with parts 3 - 6 following contents:
"3. For implementation of activities for rendering services in the field of rural tourism the construction and reconstruction of capital construction projects and construction of non-capital structures, the constructions intended for rendering services in the field of rural tourism, which list of types and the requirement to which affirm the Government of the Russian Federation (further respectively - infrastructure facilities, creation of infrastructure facilities) are allowed.
4. Creation of infrastructure facilities agricultural producers, except for persons specified in Items 1 and 2 of part 2 of article 3 of this Federal Law is allowed in case of simultaneous observance of the following conditions:
1) the parcel of land belongs to agricultural producer on the property right or on other right, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation;
2) the maximum size of the parcel of land intended for creation of infrastructure facilities constitutes no more than 50 000 square meters;
