Article 1

Article 24 to add 1) with Item 21.1 of the following content:

"21. 1) approval of technique of determination of the harm from negative impact of waters done to the territories and objects and efficiency evaluations of actions for prevention of negative impact of waters and liquidation of its effects;";

2) in Article 67.1:

a) in part 2 the word by "methods" to replace with the word "means";

b) in part 3:

in Item 1 of the word", the territories and objects which are not provided with constructions and (or) methods of engineering protection against negative impact of waters" shall be replaced with words "(except for constructions of the constructions of engineering protection intended for protection of the territories and objects against negative impact of waters)";

add with Item 5 of the following content:
