About modification of some orders of the Government (reduction in compliance of regulations on activities and structures of the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalization)

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. To the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalization to accept the field of tourism from the Ministry of Culture and to become the legal successor of the rights and obligations connected with the accepted area.

2. To perform transfer and release of personnel owing to acceptance of field of tourism according to Item 1 according to the Law No. 158/2008 on the state position and the status of the government employee and the labor law.

3. In the Order of the Government No. 143/2021 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalization (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 206-208, 341), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

3.1. in the resolution:

3.1.1. 3) of Item 1 to declare the subitem invalid;

3.1.2. in Item 2 of figure "117" to replace with figures "150";

3.1.3. in Item 3 to replace the word "four" with the word "five";

3.2. in the Provision:

3.2.1. in Item 2 of the word "realization of policy of the state in the spheres of activity entrusted to it" shall be replaced with words "development public the politician of the Government, coordination and monitoring of their implementation in the spheres of activity entrusted to it";

3.2.2. add with Item of 31 following contents:

"31. Financing and material logistics of activities of the Ministry is performed at the expense of the means provided in the law on the government budget for the corresponding year and the means arriving from other sources according to the legislation.";
