About modification of the Regulations on public procurements of small cost approved by the Order of the Government No. 870/2022
Based on Item h) article 6 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, and parts (4) article 1 of the Law No. 325/2025 on public procurements (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2026, Art. No. 76-79, 39) DECIDES: the Government
1. In the Regulations on public procurements of small cost approved by the Order of the Government No. 870/2022 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 411-412, 1001), to make the following changes:
1.1. in all text of the Provision shall be replaced with words the word of "lei" "Moldovan lei";
1.2. in all text of the Provision and appendix No. 1 to replace the text of "AIS "GRGZ"" with the text of "IS "GRGZ"";
1.3. in Item 2 the text "parts (1) article 2 of the Law No. 131/2015 on public procurements" to replace with the text "parts (1) article 1 of the Law No. 325/2025 on public procurements";
1.4. in item 4 of figure "50 000" to replace with figures "100 000";
1.5. state Item 6 in the following edition:
"6. When purchasing goods and services worth from 100 000 Moldovan lei to 250 000 Moldovan lei without the value added tax, when purchasing works worth from 100 000 Moldovan lei to 400 000 Moldovan lei without the value added tax, and also when purchasing which subject are the social services and other specific services listed in appendix No. 2 to the Law No. 325/2025 on public procurements which cost constitutes from 100 000 Moldovan lei to 400 000 Moldovan lei without the value added tax the buying body has the right to sign direct agreements with the economic operator, providing respect for the principles provided in Item 8.";
1.6. add with Item 7-1 of the following content:
