Based on part (6) article 30 of the Law No. 270/2008 on shelter in the Republic of Moldova (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 53-54, 145), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. In the Order of the Government No. 720/2025 about approval of the mechanisms and methodology applied in the procedure of provision of shelter (procedure for granting of material conditions of acceptance to persons petitioning for provision of shelter, expense estimation methodology on providing material conditions of acceptance, and also the mechanism of application of the concept of the safe country of origin / the safe third country) (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2025, Art. No. 573-575, 737) to make the following changes:
1.1. in the resolution:
1.1.1. in the name" (procedure for granting of material conditions of acceptance to persons petitioning for provision of shelter, expense estimation methodology on providing material conditions of acceptance, and also the mechanism of application of the concept of the safe country of origin / the safe third country)" to exclude the text;
1.1.2. acceptance formula after the text "parts (2) Articles 281," to add with the text "parts (6) Articles 30,";
1.1.3. add with subitem 1.4 of the following content:
"1.4. The mechanism of ensuring access of persons petitioning for provision of shelter to medical care according to appendix No. 4";
1.2. add with appendix No. 4 of the following content:
"Appendix No. 4
to the Order of the Government No. 720/2025
