The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the list of documents according to which debt collection is made in indisputable procedure based on executive texts of notaries, No. 1172 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 29, 1999 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 26, the Art. 1241), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective along with enforcement of the Law of Ukraine of June 3, 2025 No. 4466-IX "About factoring", but not earlier than day of its publication.
