Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of November 15, 1997 No. 143-FZ "About acts of civil status" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 47, Art. 5340; 2015, No. 1, Art. 70; 2017, No. 18, Art. 2671; 2018, No. 1, Art. 22; 2021, No. 27, Art. 5186; 2022, No. 52, Art. 9368) following changes:

Article 16 to add 1) with Item 4.1 of the following content:

"4.1.
