Article 1. Bring in article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 17, 1992 No. 2054-XII "About liberty of conscience and the religious organizations" the following changes:
state part one in the following edition:
"Functions of state body in the field of liberty of conscience, religious liberty and the religious organizations are performed by the Representative for cases of religions and nationalities who submits to the President of the Republic of Belarus. The common directorship the Representative for cases of religions and nationalities is performed by Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus.";
to exclude from part two of the word "according to the offer of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus";
after part two to add Article with part of the following content:
"The regulations on the Representative for cases of religions and nationalities affirm the President of the Republic of Belarus.".
Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 No. 424-Z "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
1. From the name of Chapter 4 of the word of "The representative for cases of religions and nationalities" to exclude.
2. Exclude Article 26.
Article 3. З paragraph of pyatag of artykul of 11 Zakona Respubl_k_ Belarus hell 16 чэрвеня 2014 No. 162-Z "Ab Belarusians of zamezhzh" slova "va Урад Respubl_k_ Belarus" выключыць.
Article 4. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in three-months time to take measures for realization of provisions of this Law.
Article 5. This Law becomes effective in ten days after its official publication.
