Some questions of provision of financial state support to subjects of managing which realize projects in the field of the distributed generation

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. According to part eight of Article 23 of the Budget code of Ukraine to perform within the total amount of the budget settings provided to the Ministry of Economics, the environment and agricultural industry for 2026 in the general fund of the government budget, expense reallocation of development by way:

reduction of their amount according to the budget program 1201030 "Providing bilateral cooperation of Ukraine with foreign states and the international organizations, information and organizational support of participation of Ukraine in the international forums, conferences, exhibitions" on the amount of 19000 thousand hryvnias;

reduction of their amount according to the budget program 1201420 "Humanitarian mine clearing" on the amount of 300000 thousand hryvnias;

increase in their amount according to the budget program 1201450 "Ensuring functioning of national institution of development" on the amount of 319000 thousand hryvnias.

2. Bring in the Procedure for use of the means of the government budget provided for ensuring functioning of national institution of the development approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 No. 29 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 12, Art. 490; 2021, No. 4, Art. 239, No. 11, Art. 468, No. 86, Art. 5480; 2022, No. 26, Art. 1397, No. 39, Art. 2098, No. 71, Art. 4313, No. 101, Art. 6313; 2023, No. 33, Art. 1763, No. 91, Art. 5300; 2024, No. 14, Art. 889, No. 20, Art. 1304, No. 63, Art. 3764; 2025, No. 65, Art. 4517; 2026, No. 21, the Art. 1478, the Art. 1479), the enclosed changes.

3. Provide to the Ministry of Finance in accordance with the established procedure entering into list of the government budget of the changes connected with expense reallocation, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution.
