Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 27, 2022 No. 634 "About features of lease of the state-owned and utility property in the period of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 46, of the Art. 2528) and of September 22, 2023 No. 1032 "Some questions of alienation and transfer to lease (employment) of property of economic societies in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state or other legal entity the single participant (founder) of which is the state" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 95, Art. 5638; 2025, No. 78, Art. 5370; 2026, No. 39, the Art. 2646) changes which are applied.
