1) for warlike situation and within three months after its termination or cancellation, but anyway till December 31, 2022, according to the lease agreements of the state-owned and municipal property existing as of February 24, 2022 or prisoners after this date by results of the auctions which took place on February 24, 2022 or earlier lessees of the state-owned and municipal property are exempted from the rent:
physical persons and physical persons entrepreneurs who were called or accepted on military service after the announcement of warlike situation;
which use the property located in administrative and territorial units within which access for users to unified and state registers which holder is the Ministry of Justice, in the conditions of warlike situation (Donetsk region stops; The Zaporizhia region within the Berdyansk, Vasilyevsky, Melitopol, Pologovsky districts; Luhansk region; The Nikolaev region within Bashtansky, Voznesensky of areas (except settlements of city type of Domanevk, Brotherly, Yuzhnoukrainsk), the Nikolaev district (except Nikolaev); The Kharkiv region within Bogodukhovsky district (except. in the territories of the Kiev, Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Zaporizhia, Nikolaev regions and Kiev (except administrative and territorial units in certain territories);
in cultural institutions and educations if object of lease was leased on hourly basis;
3) for warlike situation, but anyway not longer, than till May 30, 2022, according to the lease agreements of state-owned property existing as of February 24, 2022 or prisoners after this date by results of the auctions which took place on February 24, 2022 or earlier lessees who use the property which is in the territories of the Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Odessa regions are exempted from the rent;
4) for warlike situation and within three months after its termination or cancellation according to the lease agreements of state-owned property existing as of February 24, 2022 or the prisoner after this date by results of the auctions which took place on February 24, 2022 or earlier:
to lessees of single property complexes (their structural divisions), except determined by subitems 1 - 3 presents of Item, the rent is charged in the amount of 75 percent of the amount of the rent established by the lease agreement (taking into account its indexation);
to lessees, except determined by subitems 1 - 3 presents of Item, the rent is charged in the amount of 50 percent of the amount of the rent established by the lease agreement (taking into account its indexation);
