Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 "About bases of ministerial procedures" the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 433-Z
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of February 11, 2022 No. 9 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:
state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on the paragraph of third of article 91 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 "About bases of ministerial procedures" the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 433-Z";
add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 7.24.1 "Inclusion of the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing production of forages and (or) feed additives for farm animals for the purpose of their realization, including rendering services in production of forages and (or) feed additives for farm animals in the state information resource "Register of Producers of Forages and Feed Additives" (are attached).".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
