1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Regulations of selection of national investment projects and projects of the state value" of February 18, 2026 No. 119 the following changes:
in the Regulations of selection of national investment projects and projects of the state value approved by the above-stated resolution:

"projects of the state value - the projects directed to creation and (or) development of strategic infrastructure facilities in the field of public administration, economy, tourism and the social sphere and also the projects realized according to decisions of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and (or) the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, connected with preparation and holding the international sporting, cultural, tourist and other socially significant events, financed fully or partially by means of the government budget, the raised funds and (or) with use of the state assets as contribution;";
