The name to state 1) in the following edition:
"Article 9.21. Violation of procedure for connection (technological accession), rules of non-discriminatory access, rules of interaction of the telecom operator and person exercising control of the apartment house";
Paragraph one of part 1 to state 2) in the following edition:
"1. Violation by the subject of natural monopoly of established procedure of connection (technological accession) to trunk oil pipelines and (or) the main oil pipelines, trunk gas pipelines, power networks, thermal networks, gas distribution networks or centralized systems of hot water supply, cold water supply and water disposal or abuse of regulations of non-discriminatory access to goods, and also to the infrastructure facilities used by subjects of natural monopolies directly for rendering services in fields of activity of natural monopolies or violation by the owner or other legal owner of object of electric grid economy of rules of non-discriminatory access to services in transfer of electrical energy, or preventing by the owner or other legal owner of water supply and (or) sewer systems to transportation of water on their water supply systems and (or) transportation of sewage on their sewer networks, or preventing by the owner or other legal owner of thermal networks to transfer of heat energy on their thermal networks -";
