3) to take a legal action with the requirement about exception of data on non-profit organization of the state register of self-regulatory organizations in the field of energy inspection <4> on the bases provided by the Federal Laws;

1) timely and fully to perform the powers provided in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation according to the prevention, identification and suppression of violations of mandatory requirements;

2) to observe the legislation of the Russian Federation, the right and legitimate interests of self-regulatory organization in the field of energy inspection by which it is performed;

3) to perform based on the order (order) of the head (deputy manager) of Rostekhnadzor, the head (deputy manager) of territorial authority of Rostekhnadzor about its carrying out according to its appointment;
