a) if disclosure and (or) provision of information which is subject to disclosure and (or) provision according to requirements of the Federal Laws of August 17, 1995 No. 147-FZ "About natural monopolies" of December 26, 1995 No. 208-FZ "About joint-stock companies", of April 22, 1996 "About the security market", of July 27, 2010 No. 208-FZ "About consolidated financial statements" and of July 27, 2010 No. 224-FZ "About counteraction to unauthorized use of the insider information and to market manipulation and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation", will give No. 39-FZ or can lead to introduction of measures of restrictive nature concerning the Russian economic societies and (or) other persons, including concerning person, information on whom the Russian economic society opens and (or) provides, the Russian economic societies included in the list approved by this Decree having the right to determine independently structure and (or) amount of information which is subject to disclosure and (or) provision;
