"For purpose of compensation employees of district (city) departments of the State corporation send prototypes of cases with appendix of drafts of decisions on purpose of compensation to territorial authorities of Committee of regulation and control in the field of social protection of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - body to destination to compensation) within five calendar days from the date of their obtaining through branches of the capital, areas, cities of republican value of the State corporation.";

Term of rendering the state service and its subspecies (in the presence) |
1) in case of the address to the service provider, in the State corporation or on the portal – from the moment of registration of document package by the service provider: decision making about registration (refusal in registration) the citizens who were injured owing to nuclear testing on the Semipalatinsk test nuclear test site – 20 (twenty) working days from the date of registration of a statement; certification for the first time to the addressed uslugopoluchatel – 5 (five) working days after decision making about registration of the citizens who were injured owing to nuclear testing on the Semipalatinsk test nuclear test site; issue of the duplicate of the certificate – 5 (five) working days from the date of registration of a statement of uslugopoluchatel; payment of immediate state monetary compensation (further – compensation) according to the schedule of payment of compensation by the capital, areas and the cities of republican value. The body to destination of compensation within ten calendar days makes the decision on purpose of compensation and transfers them with cases to district (city) departments of the State corporation through branches of the capital, areas, cities of republican value of the State corporation for forming of requirement of funds for compensation payment. The term of rendering the state service is prolonged for 1 (one) month if necessary carrying out additional requests, checks for decision making about rendering the state service. In case of the appeal to the State corporation day of acceptance does not enter rendering the state service in time. 2) the most allowed time of expectation for delivery of document package to the service provider – 30 minutes, in the State corporation – 15 minutes; 3) the most allowed time of servicing at the service provider – 30 minutes, in the State corporation – 20 minutes. |
