1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 29, 2019 No. 190 "About approval of the Regulations on Committee on regulation of natural monopolies of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and recognition voided some orders of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes:
in Regulations on the Committee on regulation of natural monopolies of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:
the second Item 12 to state part in the following edition:
"If the Committee by the laws is granted the right to perform the activities which are bringing in incomes, then income gained from such activities go to the income of the republican budget.";
8) of Item 14 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"8) to perform other rights and obligations provided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;";
in Item 15:
37) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"37) development, approval of regulatory legal acts on the questions entering competence of department and with direct competence on their approval of acts of the ministries, except for the regulatory legal acts affecting rights and freedoms of man and citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan;";
59) to state the subitem in the following edition:
