About modification and amendments in some orders of the Chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Make changes and additions to some orders of the Chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this order.

2. To personnel department of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation within ten calendar days from the date of signing of this order to send it to the copy in electronic form in the Kazakh and Russian languages to the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To territorial authorities of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan to inform the relevant territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the made changes specified in Item 1 of this order in a month.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
