About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2022 No. 1728
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to conditions of implementation of the international motor transportations of loads in case of which observance the prohibition, stipulated in Item 1 orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2022 No. 1728, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2022 No. 1728 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of September 29, 2022 No. 681 "About some questions of implementation of the international motor transportations of loads" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 40, Art. 6844 is not applied; 2023, No. 1, Art. 276; No. 27, Art. 5045; 2025, No. 13, Art. 1470).
2. This resolution becomes effective after one day after day of its official publication, except for Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective after 30 days from the date of its official publication.
