The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Determine Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance the body authorized on issue of the conclusions (allowing documents) provided by Regulations on import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of remedies of the plants and other resistant organic pollutants which are subject to use in researches of laboratory scale, and also as the reference standard, the being appendix No. 22 to the decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 21, 2015 No. 30 "About measures of non-tariff regulation".
2. Add the list of the federal executive bodies authorized within the competence on approval of statements for issue of export licenses and (or) import of separate types of goods and (or) issue of the conclusions (allowing documents) of cases, provided by the provisions which are appendices to the decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 21, 2015 No. 30 "About measures of non-tariff regulation", No. 1567-r approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 23, 2010 (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 40, Art. 5121; No. 47, Art. 6137; 2011, No. 22, Art. 3173; 2012, No. 17, Art. 2055; 2014, No. 12, Art. 1297; 2021, No. 1, Art. 261; No. 18, Art. 3202; No. 27, Art. 5488), line item of the following content:
