1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 28, 2021 No. 431 "About preservation of property" the following changes:
in Item 2:
"Provision" to add part one before the word with words "Item 2-1 of this resolution and";
after part one to add Item with part of the following content:
"No later than five working days from the date of implementation of actions for preservation, degreasing or after decision making about prolongation of preservation by persons responsible for their carrying out, the statement of preservation, the prolongation of preservation or degreasing according to the procedure provided in Items 11, 14 and 20 Regulations on preservation of state-owned property is drawn up and signed.";
