About some questions in the field of the public civil service and municipal service
Within inventory count of acts of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of public service and municipal service" of April 22, 2021 No. 162 the following changes:
- declare Item 2 invalid;
- in appendix to the above-stated resolution:
declare Item 1 invalid.

3) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of the public civil service and municipal service" of October 11, 2019 No. 536.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
