4) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"4) the integrated automated digital E-Ministry of Finance system (further - IATsS "E-Ministry of Finance") - the digital system intended for complex automation of business processes of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of the state functions and provision of the state services;";
7) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"7) digital system of the borrower/attorney (agent) - the organizational arranged set of the information and communication technologies, service personnel and technical documentation realizing certain technological actions by means of information exchange and intended for the solution of specific functional objectives;";

"7. Depending on provision term budget credits are subdivided into the following types:
1) short-term - till 1 year;
2) medium-term - from 1 year to 5 years;
3) long-term - from the 5th to 10 years.
