1. In Rules of accreditation of legal entities for processing of personal data of separate categories of persons employed, directly connected with ensuring transport safety, or carrying out such work, for the purpose of check by the subject of transport infrastructure of the data provided by Items 1 - 6 and 9 parts 1 of article 10 of the Federal law "About Transport Safety", and also for acceptance by bodies of certification of the decision on certification of forces of ensuring transport safety approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2023 No. 906 "About accreditation of legal entities for processing of personal data of separate categories of persons employed, directly connected with ensuring transport safety, or carrying out such work, for the purpose of check by the subject of transport infrastructure of the data provided by Items 1 - 6 and 9 parts 1 of article 10 of the Federal law "About Transport Safety", and also for acceptance by bodies of certification of the decision on certification of forces of ensuring transport safety" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 23, the Art. 4209):
a) add Item 2 with words "and the Federal Law "About Procedure of Foreign Investments in the Economic Societies Having Strategic Importance for Ensuring Defense of the Country and Safety of the State";
