About accreditation of legal entities for processing of personal data of separate categories of persons employed, directly connected with ensuring transport safety, or carrying out such work, for the purpose of check by the subject of transport infrastructure of the data provided by Items 1 - 6 and 9 parts 1 of article 10 of the Federal law "About Transport Safety", and also for acceptance by bodies of certification of the decision on certification of forces of ensuring transport safety

According to subitem 1.4 of article 1 of the Federal law "About Transport Safety" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of accreditation of legal entities for processing of personal data of separate categories of persons employed, directly connected with ensuring transport safety, or carrying out such work, for the purpose of check by the subject of transport infrastructure of the data provided by Items 1 - 6 and 9 parts 1 of article 10 of the Federal law "About Transport Safety", and also for acceptance by bodies of certification of the decision on certification of forces of ensuring transport safety.

2. Determine that certificates on accreditation of the certifying organizations for conducting check for the purpose of certification of persons employed, directly connected with ensuring transport safety, or carrying out such work, and also for processing of personal data of separate categories of specified persons (further - the certificate on accreditation), the entries into force of this resolution issued about one day, continue the action after day of the introduction it in force before the termination of effective period of the specified certificates on accreditation.
