About ensuring fire safety

For the purpose of protection of life, human health and material values against the fires I decide:
1. Establish general requirements of fire safety to content and operation of capital structures (buildings, constructions), the isolated rooms and other objects belonging to subjects of managing (appendix 1).
2. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix 2).
3. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus till December 31, 2026 reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree.
4. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item 1 - since January 1, 2027;
Item 1, paragraph the fourteenth subitem 2. 1, the paragraph of the sixth of subitem 2.2 of Item 2 and Item 3 of appendix 2 - since January 1, 2029;
other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.
