1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of subordinated divisions of the Ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 24, 2021 No. 338 the following changes:
in Regulations on Department of preserving biodiversity and especially protected natural territories under the Ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 12:
the tenth and eleventh to state paragraphs in the following edition:
"-the organization of work on creation new and to expansion of the existing OOPT, establishment of their functional zones;
- ensuring preserving biodiversity by ecological, economic and scientifically based development of OOPT network;";
add with paragraphs of the following content:
"-assistance to rational use of objects of biodiversity;
- ensuring coordination of activities of OOPT, including questions of planning and the reporting.";
