According to Item 6 of article 48 of the Digital code of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market and Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan is DECIDED:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of carrying out biometric authentication by financial and payment institutes, including cases of compulsory use and (or) filling by the biometric data of national system of biometric authentication obtained by the center of exchange of identification data of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules).
2. On regulation and development of the financial market in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide to department of information and cyber security of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) together with Legal department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market state registration of this joint resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this joint resolution on official Internet resource of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this joint resolution submission to Legal department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market of data on execution of the action provided by the subitem 2) of this Item.
