1. To the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation to make the decision on the termination from the date of entry into force of this resolution of operation of one-time licenses for export of the unhulled rice (rice raw) (code 1006 10 of the CN FEA EEU) placed under customs procedure of export, from the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union, issued according to Item 3 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 19, 2025 to No. 2076 "About establishment of the tariff quota and rates of export customs duties on export of the unhulled rice (rice raw) out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union".
2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 19, 2025 No. 2076 "About establishment of the tariff quota and rates of export customs duties on export of the unhulled rice (rice raw) out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union" (The Russian Federation Code, 2025, No. 51, the Art. 8196).
3. This resolution becomes effective after 3 days after day of its official publication.
