About establishment of the tariff quota and rates of export customs duties on export of the unhulled rice (rice raw) out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union
According to articles 3 and 36 of the Law of the Russian Federation "About customs tariff" the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Establish for the term of 1 January till December 31, 2026 (inclusive) the tariff quota on export out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union, the unhulled rice (rice raw) (code 1006 10 of the CN FEA EEU) placed under customs procedure of export (further respectively - the unhulled rice, the tariff quota), of 200 thousand tons.
2. Approve for the term of 1 January till December 31, 2026 (inclusive) rates of export customs duties concerning the unhulled rice (rice raw) which is taken out out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix.
3. To the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation from January 1 to December 31, 2026 (inclusive) to perform issue to participants of foreign trade activity of one-time licenses for export of the unhulled rice from the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - licenses), according to Rules of licensing in the field of foreign trade in the goods approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 18, 2024 No. 1577 "About approval of Rules of licensing in the field of foreign trade in goods" within this resolution of amount of the tariff quota established in Item 1.
